Kevin Hyder
Kevin began performing improv ten years ago with "Cool Whip" a comedy troupe that still exists today. He transitioned to stand-up four years ago and has helped build Seattle's thriving comedy scene through his work with the People's Republic of Komedy. Kevin has performed at Bumbershoot, Laff Hole, and the Bridgetown comedy festival in Portland, Oregon. He also makes a mean orange mocha at his coffee shop in Capitol Hill.
Brandon Felker
Brandon Felker, co-founder of Blood Squad, has been performing improv for several years. He started out in Chicago with ImprovOlympic and met Elicia and Michael at Unexpected Productions upon moving back to Seattle. Over the last decade he has performed around North America and a few places in Europe. Brandons weak stomach and inability to watch horror movies makes him the wimpiest Blood Squaddie by far.
Michael White
Michael White, co-founder of Blood Squad, has been improvising for over 13 years. After getting his BAs in Drama and History from the University of Washington, Michael joined Unexpected Productions in 1993. He has taught and performed improv all over the world including Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, London, and Spokane. Besides improvising, Michael is a certified hypnotist, EFT practitioner, and burgeoning screenwriter and filmmaker. Blood Squad has given him a chance to play all of the archetypes he loved on TV and in the movies when he was growing up.
Elicia Wickstead
Elicia Wickstead, co-founder of Blood Squad, started improvising in 1992 and joined Unexpected Productions as an ensemble member in 1994. She has improvised in a variety of different formats, styles, lengths, and languages all over the USA, Canada, Germany, and Austria. She enjoys teaching improv in Seattle to performers, as well as business professionals. As a member of Blood Squad, Elicia has been able to work with one of her favorite genres—the horror movie. She practices kindness to animals but sometimes eats them.
