The EMPlSFM Sound Off! 2009 competition happened Saturday night and provided an excellent finale to the month-long event. Hundreds of Northwest-music-lovers packed EMP’s Sky Church to watch Dyno Jamz, SOL, Makeup Monsters, and Dearboy perform for massive prizes including a coveted spot on the Bumbershoot 2009 lineup.
